Dining at The Springhill Court Hotel
The in-house Claddagh Restaurant in the Springhill Hotel has an excellent reputation among guests and locals alike. The restaurant boasts membership of Kilkenny's Good Food Circle and Bord Bia's (National Food Board) Feile Bia programme guaranteeing use of local Irish produce and suppliers.
The exceptional team of chefs combine their wealth of experience and expertise to bring guests traditional Irish dishes with a modern twist. Guests can sit back, relax and enjoy the experience of a traditional Irish Pub in the Paddock Bar. Soak up the lively atmosphere with entertainment which is provided twice weekly. Bar food is available with a carvery lunch served daily.
